Well, I guess there's a first time for everything and today was the first time I spent 13+ hours on a jet! Unfortunately, due to a screaming baby I only squeezed in a cat nap that lasted about 3 hours. Once we arrived in Paris we were introduced to out roommates and then shown our rooms. We were given a short breather and then we were off to see Notre Dame which I will have to figure out how to share pictures, but the views in the cathedral were AMAZING! we then walked down to have dinner at a peculiar little restaurant, Le Grand Bistrot. After that we visited the Seine River and walked along its banks. Where it was perfectly natural to see men and women casually lounging enjoying wine and champagne. I really wish I could figure out a way to share these pictures now but it will have to wait. This huge time change threw me off track for my first day!
